Welcome to MyDojo, located inside LA Fitness in the Springfield Town Center! At MyDojo, we are dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of programs designed to promote fitness, self-defense skills, and personal growth for individuals of all ages and skill levels.
Our programs cater to a diverse range of interests and goals. For those looking to stay fit and challenge themselves physically, we offer kickboxing classes that provide a high-intensity workout while improving coordination and self-confidence.
We also offer specialized classes for different age groups. Our Dragon Kids program (ages 6-12) focuses on building discipline, respect, and self-control through martial arts training. Our Little Ninjas program (ages 3-5) introduces young children to the fundamental movements and principles of martial arts in a fun and engaging way. For teenagers, we have specialized classes designed to develop their martial arts skills and instill important values such as perseverance and goal-setting.
Additionally, we provide a Summer Camp program (ages 5-13) that offers a unique blend of martial arts instruction, character development, and exciting activities to keep children active and engaged during the summer months. Our After School Program (ages 5-13) offers a safe and nurturing environment for children, where they can receive assistance with homework, participate in martial arts training, and develop valuable life skills.
