The Board of Supervisors adopted an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, which updated the landscaping and screening regulations.
The amendment increased the required percentage for interior parking lot landscaping, added street frontage landscaping, revised the transitional screening and barrier requirements, updated maintenance provisions, and made other changes.
