New Bylaws will update the Chamber governing documents and provide a sustainable framework for the next decades.

Join with the Board of Directors to learn about the changes and vote on the Bylaws. 

"These Bylaws may be altered, amended, or restated only by an affirmative vote of not less than 2/3 of the votes cast by members of the Chamber in good standing present at any regular or special meeting of the organization, provided that members have been notified of the proposed changes not less than ten (10) days prior to such meeting. No proxy voting shall be allowed."
