State Farm Agents are entrepreneurs that promote and market ONLY State Farm Insurance and Financial service products.
This position is with a State Farm Independent Contractor Agent Owner (Arceli Brown), not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable insurance licensing requirements and training programs.
We are looking for Licensed Insurance Sales and Service Representatives or willing to obtain insurance licenses both for Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:
Starts with hourly rate pay (commensurate with your experience, knowledge, skills and abilities) up to 3-
month introductory period plus commission and bonus; must have satisfactory evaluation after the 3-
month probation to switch to permanent full time position.
Full Time with salary base plus commission / bonus and other incentives (totalling between $40,000 - $65,000 per year) PLUS Paid Time Offs/Flexibility, Paid Holidays, and Birthday.
Full Time: with Fringe benefits – Term life insurance, Short Term Disability Income and Hospital Confinement Supplemental Income benefit plans
Full Time: Profit Sharing 401-K Plan participation (when applicable after 2 years of employment)
CAREER GROWTH:
Expectation to obtain both Property and Casualty License and Life and Health License (This is the
quickest easiest lifetime degree you can earn with NO DEBT)
